A Few Notes Before Our First Meeting

1. Who I Counsel
I primarily counsel women in all stages of life who are seeking guidance rooted in the truth of God’s Word. Biblical counseling is for those who are willing to allow God to examine their hearts honestly and grow in obedience, faith, and trust in Christ. Counseling is not based on human wisdom alone, nor is it a quick-fix solution or self-help method. Instead, it is Scripture-centered and Spirit-dependent, seeking lasting change through repentance, faith, and obedience to God’s Word

Counseling may be helpful if you are experiencing:

• Anxiety, depression, emotional distress, or thoughts of hopelessness

• Seasons of suffering, grief, or life transitions

• Struggles related to past experiences

• Relational or marital difficulties

• Spiritual confusion, discouragement, or distance from God

• A desire for spiritual growth and lasting heart transformation

2. What to Expect in a Session

Counseling sessions are a place of compassionate and honest conversation grounded in Scripture.

You can expect:

• Careful listening and thoughtful questions

• Biblical encouragement and instruction, including guidance for daily time with God

• Loving, Scripture-based confrontation when needed

• Practical application of God’s Word to your life

• Prayer and accountability

Each session is tailored to your situation, pace, and capacity, with the goal of helping you grow in Christlikeness and experience hope and guidance rooted in God’s Word.

3. Format and Logistics

• Sessions are offered via Google Meet.

• Appointments are scheduled by request.

• Fees, session length, and availability vary and will be provided upon inquiry.
